Fees & Policies

All evaluations are offered as private-pay services. Fees reflect not only appointment time, but also the clinical work that occurs outside of sessions, including scoring and interpreting standardized measures, integrating results, and preparing written reports.

Payment plans are available for all evaluations and are designed to balance accessibility with the time and clinical care involved in this process.

Evaluation Fees

Evaluation fees must be paid in full, or minimum 50% deposit is required in order to schedule an appointment.

ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation: $995

Executive Functioning Evaluation: $650

Scheduling Policies

These policies are in place to support scheduling consistency and respect the time involved in this process.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice

  • One reschedule is permitted without penalty

  • Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit or rescheduling fee

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable

  • If you choose to cancel the evaluation after scheduling, payments already made are non-refundable

  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full payment before rescheduling

Payment Plans

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your evaluation appointment

  • Remaining payments are scheduled automatically based on the selected plan

  • Full payment must be completed before the written report is released

  • Payment plans are offered equally to all clients and are not income-based

  • Payment schedules remain in place regardless of rescheduling

  • Missed or declined payments may delay feedback sessions or report delivery
