Executive Functioning Evaluation
The Executive Function Evaluation – Skills & Strategy Focus is designed for adults who want to better understand how their brain works in daily life—without pursuing an ADHD diagnosis.
It focuses on practical insight, helping you identify strengths, challenges, and patterns related to organization, time management, follow-through, emotional regulation, and attention. This evaluation is often chosen by clients who want clear direction for skill-building, coaching, or therapy rather than diagnostic clarification. The goal is understanding how you function—and identifying strategies that actually fit your life.
-
This evaluation may be a good fit if you:
Are not seeking an ADHD diagnosis
Want to better understand challenges with organization, focus, or productivity
Feel overwhelmed by daily demands despite effort and motivation
Are working with (or planning to work with) an executive function coach or therapist
Want practical strategies grounded in how you think and work
Many adults choose this evaluation when they want clarity and tools—not a label.
